Collaboration Models
Plan A — Partnership: We develop software with broader applicability. You pay a development fee and a monthly subscription. The software is not exclusively yours and may be offered to other companies, including competitors. This is the most cost-effective option.
Plan B — Consulting: We build a custom solution tailored to your company. The code and intellectual property are yours, delivered at the end of the project. You are responsible for maintenance, deployment, and infrastructure. This option is more expensive.
